Villa Saldana – Luxury Holiday Villa

The beach villa boasts of a chef who can create a delectable menu ranging from Eastern to Western cuisine and a Housekeeper. The kitchen is also available for guests to cook for themselves. You can discuss your meal options with the chef each morning.

Saldana has two kitchens. The first is a modern kitchen that boasts glass and steel cabinets with granite countertops and is fully equipped with appliances, dishware, and utensils. The second is an authentic curry kitchen, where our staff cooks up rice and curry in traditional Sri Lankan style.

Every morning enjoy a delicious western or Sri Lankan breakfast accompanied by fresh tropical fruits at any one of the many scenic dining spots at the villa. The chef at Saldana is confident in cooking western dishes, but excels at preparing traditional Sri Lankan cuisine, the best a luxury Villa can offer.

Indulge in rice and curry to your hearts delight!

Guests can order fresh fish and seafood straight from the local market or even better from the fishermen who come to the villa to sell their ‘catch of the morning’.

You are also free to explore the local restaurants in Unawatuna and Galle. While it is possible to buy imported wine and liquor locally, it is best to bring your own if you prefer only a specific beverage or let us know your requirements in advance. Fresh fruit juices, soft drinks, and mineral water are in plentiful supply.
