Each bedroom is complete with air conditioning and an overhead fan. Each master suite of this luxury private villa has its own veranda overlooking the sea with a private sitting area.



Between the master suites, a tastefully-decorated living room features antique Sri Lankan furnishings alongside modern amenities, giving the beach villa a subtlecontemporary touch. This eclectic space includes a dining table, work station and a 40’ flat screen TV with cable channels. Upon entering, you are taken back by breathtaking views of the sea as you indulge in barefoot luxury.



Our sea-view timber deck is bordered by a grassy lawn and is just steps away from a private beach, completing the picture of a ‘Private Holiday Villa’. The pool also offers an invigorating view of the beach and plenty of lounging opportunities. At night, the pool and garden come alive, giving the property an enchanting glow.
